Title Services PA, is a licensed Fidelity National Title agent, which oversees and manages seven settlement companies with additional companies being added each year. Our original flagship company, Cocoa Settlement, opened in 2010. We are proud to be celebrating over 15 years of providing exceptional customer service to residential and commercial customers. Title Services currently processes title work for Arrowhead, City National, Cocoa Settlement, JPL, Penn Capitol, Settlement, Riverbend , Touchstone, and Valley View. All of our companies are underwritten by Fidelity National Title.
